I did pretty well yesterday. When I got to the gym (yoga was cancelled) I realized I didn’t have socks, so I did my abs routine and then the toning exercises and got in about 35 minutes of strength. I ate pretty well, but I did snack and taste while I was cooking, I think I was within my PP for the day, but I may have eaten an extra one or two.
