I’m finding this is a very hard habit to return to! My goal for the weekend is to post at least one meal a day!
75 min easy bike ride for today’s workout. Gearing up for tomorrow’s 18 mile triple bridge ride.

Re-start again! I am settling in my new job, and there is a little over a year until my wedding. Time to get serious!
