Breakfast part 2. After a 13 mile bike ride, 1/2 a blueberry bagel w RF cream cheese and some watermelon

Part 1 of my breakfast. A nonfat plain okios Greek yogurt with 1/4 c. Pineapple

Dinner out but on plan, had lots of yummy seafood including clams, stone crab, and lobster claws! Plus a fees French fries and one buffalo wing. Had some extra wiggle room so I had kiddie FF peach froyo after dinner. Great day

Tropical afternoon treat! Coconut pineapple and banana smoothie!

Lunch! Big salad with chicken, veggies and FF honey mustard dressing. YUM!

Snack time!

Breakfast! Protein pancake!

After dinner! Last meal of the slim down!!

Dinner! Pork chop with grilled veggies!
